- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the black beans, corn, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeno, and cilantro.

In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, cumin, salt, and pepper.
