Ingredients
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
- 2 anchovy fillets
- 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Romaine lettuce, croutons, and additional Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions

Mince the garlic cloves and mash them into a paste with the back of a spoon.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the garlic paste, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, anchovy fillets, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard until well combined.
