- 1 lb beef steak, sliced
- 4 medium beetroots, roasted and sliced
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the beef steak with salt and pepper.

Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef slices for 2-3 minutes per side until they reach the desired doneness.

Remove the beef from the pan and let it rest for 5 minutes. Slice it into thin strips.

In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, roasted beetroot slices, cherry tomatoes, red onion slices, crumbled feta cheese, chopped parsley, and dill.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to combine.
