Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup diced cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- dressing:
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, red onion, cherry tomatoes, parsley, cheddar cheese, sunflower seeds, and dried cranberries.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
