This wedge salad is a classic steakhouse side dish that consist of iceberg lettuce, topped with tomatoes, bacon, and red onions.

- 8slicesbacon
- 1headiceberg lettuce,in 8 wedges
- 2cupsblue cheese dressing
- 6ozblue cheese,crumbled
- 2cupsgrape tomatoes,halved
- ½smallred onion,diced
- ground black pepper,to taste
- ¼cupchives,chopped
Instructions

Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium high heat until crispy but still chewy.

Remove from pan and chop into a large dice.

Add the blue cheese dressing to the iceberg lettuce.
