How To Make Antipasto Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 8 oz fusilli pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1 cup salami, sliced
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions

Cook the fusilli pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool.

In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, salami, black olives, mozzarella cheese, red onion, and fresh basil.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss until well coated.

Refrigerate the salad for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.

Before serving, garnish with grated Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
