How To Make Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon
Made with crispy bacon, these roasted brussels sprouts that are tossed in tangy balsamic vinegar make the perfect side dish in under an hour.

Ingredients
- 1½lbsbrussels sprouts,washed and dried
- 4ozbacon,or pancetta, diced
- ¼cupolive oil
- 4garlic cloves,crushed or finely chopped
- 1tspsalt
- ½tspblack pepper,cracked
- 2tbsp*balsamic glaze,(see Recipe Notes for recipe), or more to serve
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Lightly grease a large baking pan with nonstick cooking oil spray or a light coating of oil. Set aside.

Trim the ends of sprouts, then cut them in ½ lengthwise.

Arrange the brussels sprouts, any loose leaves, bacon and garlic on the pan.

Drizzle with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.

Toss well, then spread the mixture out in a single layer.

Roast the sprouts, turning once through cooking, for 25 to 30 minutes, until tender with charred edges.

Toss with the balsamic glaze, then adjust the taste with extra salt and pepper, if needed.

Serve immediately, and enjoy!
