Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cup of rice
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 jalapeno, minced (optional for extra spice)
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp of cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Green onions, for garnish
Instructions

Cook the rice according to package instructions.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and brown the ground turkey until cooked through.

Add the diced onion, minced garlic, bell pepper, and jalapeno (if using) to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are soft.

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sriracha sauce, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Pour the sauce over the turkey and vegetables in the skillet.

Stir well to combine and let simmer for about 5 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
