How To Make Roasted Spring Vegetable Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 pizza dough
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet in the oven to preheat as well.

Roll out the pizza dough into your desired shape and thickness on a floured surface.

Transfer the dough to a piece of parchment paper.

In a large bowl, toss the cherry tomatoes, asparagus, zucchini, bell peppers, and mushrooms with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Spread the vegetable mixture evenly over the pizza dough.

Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top of the vegetables.

Carefully transfer the pizza (on the parchment paper) onto the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before garnishing with torn basil leaves.
