Ingredients
- 4 individual pitta bread
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Place the pitta bread on a baking tray.

Spread a generous amount of tomato sauce on each pitta bread.

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the tomato sauce.

Add the sliced pepperoni, black olives, bell peppers, and mushrooms as desired.

Season with salt and pepper.

Bake the pitta pizzas in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
