Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out the puff pastry sheet onto the prepared baking sheet.

Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.

Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the sauce, followed by the pepperoni, black olives, bell peppers, and onions.

Roll up the puff pastry tightly starting from one of the long sides.

Cut the rolled puff pastry into 1-inch thick slices to make pinwheels.

Place the pinwheels back on the baking sheet, spacing them apart.

Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, and garlic powder over the pinwheels.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
