Ingredients
- 1 package of pizza dough
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 4 tbsp of pesto
- 1 cup of sweetcorn
- 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil, for brushing
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Spread the pesto evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.

Arrange the sliced peppers and sweetcorn over the pesto.

Season with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.

Fold the dough over the filling and press the edges to seal.

Transfer calzones to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Brush the tops with olive oil.

Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
