Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in olive oil and gradually add water. Mix until the dough comes together.

  6. Place the pizza under the broiler for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  7. Remove from the broiler and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
