Ingredients
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup sliced green bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced red onions
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for greasing
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Grease a 12-inch (30 cm) oven-safe frying pan with olive oil.

Roll out the pizza dough to fit the frying pan and press it into the bottom and sides.

Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough.

Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.

Add the pepperoni, black olives, bell peppers, and red onions as desired.

Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.

Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper over the pizza.

Place the frying pan on the stove over medium heat and cook for 5 minutes or until the bottom of the pizza crust is golden brown.

Transfer the frying pan to the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Carefully remove the pizza pie from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

Slice and serve hot.
