How To Make Frying Pan Pizza Bianco with Mushrooms & Egg

Ingredients
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup white mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 large eggs
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat your frying pan over medium heat.

Roll out the pizza dough to fit the size of your frying pan.

Drizzle olive oil onto the frying pan and carefully place the rolled-out dough on top.

Cook the dough for about 3-4 minutes, or until the bottom is golden brown.

Flip the pizza crust and cook for another 3-4 minutes.

Remove the crust from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add a little more olive oil and sauté the mushrooms until they soften and release their juices.

Season with salt and pepper.

Spread the mushrooms evenly on top of the pizza crust.

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the mushrooms.

Create 4 small wells in the cheese and crack an egg into each well.

Season the eggs with salt and pepper.

Place the pizza back into the frying pan and cover with a lid.

Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your liking.

Remove from the heat and garnish with fresh basil leaves.

Slice and serve the pizza bianco with mushrooms & egg.
