How To Make Cauliflower Prosciutto Pizza
Baked to perfection, tender dough is topped with prosciutto, red pepper flakes, cauliflower, and 2 kinds of cheese for a toasty and cheesy prosciutto pizza.

Ingredients
- 1headcauliflower,cut into small florets
- 3tbspolive oil
- 8clovesgarlic,minced, or to taste
- salt and ground black pepper,to taste
- 1pinchred pepper flakes,or to taste
- 13⅘ozpizza dough,(1 package) refrigerated, such as Pillsbury®
- 8ozmozzarella cheese,(1 package) shredded
- ¼cupparmesan cheese
- ¼lbprosciutto,sliced
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Toss cauliflower, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes together in a bowl until evenly coated; spread onto a baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Stir cauliflower mixture and continue baking for 10 to 15 minutes more until tender.

Grease a separate baking sheet. Spread pizza dough onto prepared baking sheet.

Bake pizza crust for 5 minutes.

Top crust with cauliflower mixture, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, prosciutto slices, and red pepper flakes. Bake until crust is lightly browned and cheeses are melted for 8 to 10 more minutes.
