How To Make Caprese Pizza Bombs
Grab a bite of these pizza bombs, made with mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil wrapped in pizza dough, then baked to cheesy perfection, for a tasty snack!

Ingredients
- 1pizza dough,fresh
- 1Stella Fresh Mozzarella Cheese ball,cut into 18 cubes
- 10basil leaves,julienned finely, or chopped
- 20grape tomatoes,sliced
- 2tbspbutter,melted
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Portion the dough into 18 small balls, then roll them out into 4-inch circles.

Put a cube of Stella Fresh Mozzarella Cheese in the middle of the dough, then add a few shreds of basil and 3 to 4 slices of cherry tomatoes.

Gather the edges of the dough. While trying to keep excess air out of it, pinch it together, creating a good seal.

Brush the balls with melted butter, then bake for about 12 to 15 minutes or until browned.

Serve warm with favorite dipping sauce, and enjoy!
