Ingredients
- 8 ounces whole wheat pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for topping
Instructions

Cook the whole wheat pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and diced onion. Sauté until fragrant and golden brown.

Add the sliced bell pepper, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, and spinach leaves to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender and slightly caramelized.

Stir in the dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Continue to cook for another minute to allow the flavors to blend.

Add the cooked whole wheat pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated with the vegetable mixture.

Serve the whole wheat pasta hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
