How To Make Three-Cheese Meatball Lasagne

Ingredients
- 8 lasagne sheets
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook lasagne sheets according to package instructions.

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1-inch in diameter. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake meatballs in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from oven and set aside.

In a 9×13-inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of marinara sauce. Place 4 cooked lasagne sheets on top.

Sprinkle 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese over the lasagne sheets. Place half of the meatballs on top.

Spoon half of the ricotta cheese over the meatballs. Spread half of the remaining marinara sauce over the ricotta cheese.

Repeat the layers with the remaining lasagne sheets, mozzarella cheese, meatballs, ricotta cheese, and marinara sauce.

Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese over the top layer of marinara sauce.

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
