How To Make Tagliatelle with fresh peas & bacon

Ingredients
- 8 oz tagliatelle pasta
- 1 cup fresh peas
- 6 slices bacon, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the tagliatelle pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, cook the diced bacon until crispy. Remove from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add olive oil and garlic. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the fresh peas to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.

Add the cooked tagliatelle pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.

Stir in the cooked bacon and grated Parmesan cheese.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the tagliatelle with fresh peas & bacon hot, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
