How To Make Super Smoky Bacon & Tomato Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 8 slices of bacon, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese, grated (for serving)
- Fresh basil leaves, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside on a paper towel-lined plate.

In the same skillet, add the diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is softened and translucent.

Add the diced tomatoes and smoked paprika to the skillet. Simmer for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat in the tomato mixture.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the spaghetti topped with the crispy bacon, grated Parmesan cheese, and chopped basil leaves.
