How To Make Spinach & Ricotta Lasagne

Ingredients
- 9 lasagne noodles
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups spinach, chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the lasagne noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, spinach, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.

Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a greased baking dish.

Add a layer of lasagne noodles on top of the sauce.

Spread a layer of the ricotta-spinach mixture on top of the noodles.

Repeat the layers, ending with a layer of marinara sauce on top.

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
