How To Make Speedy Sausage Stroganoff Tagliatelle

Ingredients
- 8 ounces tagliatelle pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound sausage, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions

Cook the tagliatelle pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sausage slices and cook until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the diced onion and sliced mushrooms. Cook until the mushrooms have softened and the onions are translucent.

Stir in the minced garlic and paprika, cooking for an additional 1 minute.

Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Stir in the sour cream, salt, and pepper. Return the cooked sausage to the skillet and heat through.

Add the cooked tagliatelle pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated with the sauce.
