How To Make Spaghetti with Spinach & Garlic

Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook for a minute until fragrant.

Add spinach to the skillet and sauté until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.

Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to combine with spinach and garlic. Season with salt and black pepper.

Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the spaghetti is heated through.

Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
