How To Make Spaghetti with hot-smoked salmon, rocket & capers

Ingredients
- 12 oz spaghetti
- 8 oz hot-smoked salmon, flaked
- 2 cups fresh rocket leaves
- 2 tbsp capers
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving
Instructions

Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add the flaked salmon, rocket leaves, and capers to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring gently.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Remove from heat and squeeze lemon juice over the pasta. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the spaghetti with a sprinkle of lemon zest, grated Parmesan cheese, and additional rocket leaves on top.
