Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 can (12 oz) corned beef, shredded
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions

Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant and translucent.

Add the shredded corned beef to the skillet and cook until heated through.

Stir in the diced tomatoes, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss until well coated with the sauce.

Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
