Delicious and simple pasta dish perfect for a quick and easy dinner.

Ingredients
- 12 oz rotini pasta
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Grated parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions

Boil the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta water before draining.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes and saute for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic and oil mixture. If the pasta seems too dry, add reserved pasta water as needed.

Season the pasta with salt and black pepper to taste. Toss in the chopped parsley.

Serve hot with grated parmesan cheese on top.
