Ingredients
- ½ lb linguine, dry
- 1 ½ cup cream
- ¾ cup Parmesan, grated
- 2 tbsp garlic, roasted, pureed
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta until just tender.
- Drain and rinse.
- Set aside.
- Heat the cream in a skillet.
- Whisk in the cheese and garlic.
- Reduce slightly.
- Toss in the cooked pasta.
