How To Make Ravioli with Squash & Crunchy Crumbs

Ingredients
- 1 pound of ravioli
- 2 cups of diced squash
- 1/4 cup of bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions

Cook the ravioli according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced squash and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.

Add the cooked ravioli to the skillet with the squash. Stir gently to combine.

In a small pan, heat the bread crumbs over medium heat until they become golden brown and crispy.

Sprinkle the bread crumbs over the ravioli and squash mixture. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve the ravioli hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
