How To Make Rainbow Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 2 carrots, julienned
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions

Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, green bell pepper, red onion, and carrots. Cook for 5-7 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to combine with the vegetables. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and salt over the spaghetti and mix well.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until everything is heated through.

Serve the rainbow spaghetti hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
