How To Make Penne with Chorizo & Broccoli

Ingredients
- 8 oz penne pasta
- 8 oz chorizo, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, cook chorizo over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add broccoli florets and cook until tender-crisp.

Return chorizo to the skillet and add cooked penne. Stir to combine.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley over the pasta. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve hot and enjoy!
