How To Make Pasta with Parsley & Hazelnut Pesto

Ingredients
- 12 ounces of pasta
- 1 cup fresh parsley leaves
- 1/4 cup toasted hazelnuts
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

In a food processor, combine the parsley, hazelnuts, garlic, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.

Toss the cooked pasta with the pesto until evenly coated.

Serve the pasta hot and garnish with extra parsley leaves and grated Parmesan cheese.
