How To Make Pasta with Lemon Butter Prawns

Ingredients
- 300g pasta
- 400g prawns, deveined and peeled
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the prawns to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.

Remove the prawns from the skillet and set aside. Add the lemon juice and zest to the skillet and stir well.

Return the prawns to the skillet and stir to coat them in the lemon butter sauce.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Season with salt, pepper, and chopped parsley. Serve hot.
