How To Make Parmesan Garlic Orzo Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 oz orzo pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the orzo pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the cooked orzo to the skillet and toss to coat it in the garlic-infused oil.

Stir in the grated parmesan cheese and continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts and coats the pasta.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
