A creamy and flavorful pasta dish filled with tangy goat cheese and sweet tomatoes.

Ingredients
- 8 oz orzo pasta
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 4 oz crumbled goat cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook orzo according to package instructions.

In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, cook until translucent.

Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.

Once orzo is done, drain and add to the pan with the tomato mixture.

Add the crumbled goat cheese, basil, salt, and pepper. Stir until the cheese is melted and everything is combined.
