How To Make One-Pan Spaghetti with Nduja, Fennel & Olives

Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 oz nduja (spicy spreadable salami)
- 1 fennel bulb, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup green olives, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions

Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add nduja and cook until it starts to melt.

Add sliced fennel, olives, garlic, and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, until the fennel starts to soften.

Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Cook for 3-4 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss well to combine. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the pasta is heated through.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the one-pan spaghetti with grated Parmesan cheese on top and garnish with fresh parsley.
