How To Make Mizithra Browned Butter Pasta Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup Mizithra cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions

Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Cook the butter until it turns golden brown and gives off a nutty aroma, stirring occasionally. Be careful not to burn the butter.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the browned butter and toss until well coated. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to warm the pasta.

Remove the skillet from the heat and sprinkle the Mizithra cheese over the pasta. Toss until the cheese melts and coats the pasta evenly.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
