How To Make Lemony Tuna, Tomato & Caper One-Pot Pasta

Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp capers
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Zest of 1 lemon
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions

Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for about 5 minutes until they start to soften.

Stir in the drained tuna, capers, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined.

Season with salt, pepper, and chopped parsley. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Serve the pasta hot with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese.
