How To Make Lasagna Cupcakes
There’s a reason why pasta is a popular favorite. It’s such a multi-purpose dish that can be enjoyed in a multitude of ways. With so many pasta ideas to choose from, your biggest challenge will be deciding on which pasta recipes to go for!

Ingredients
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions and set aside.

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Add the marinara sauce, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper to the skillet with the ground beef. Stir to combine and simmer for 5 minutes.

Grease a cupcake tin with non-stick spray. Place a lasagna noodle in each cup, folding it to fit if necessary.

Spoon a small amount of the meat sauce into each cup, followed by a spoonful of ricotta cheese.

Repeat layering with another lasagna noodle, meat sauce, and ricotta cheese. Top each cupcake with shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Allow the lasagna cupcakes to cool for a few minutes before removing them from the cupcake tin. Serve hot.
