How To Make Fusilli with Glorious Green Spinach Sauce

Ingredients
- 12 ounces fusilli pasta
- 4 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the fusilli pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the spinach leaves to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.

Transfer the cooked spinach to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.

Return the spinach sauce to the skillet and add the cooked fusilli pasta. Toss to coat the pasta evenly in the sauce.

Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has heated through and the pasta is well coated.
