How To Make Crispy Bacon & Sausage Carbonara

Ingredients
- 8 ounces of spaghetti
- 6 slices of bacon, chopped
- 4 sausages, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, cook the sausage slices until browned. Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside.

In the skillet, sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet with garlic. Stir to combine.

Pour the egg and cheese mixture over the spaghetti. Stir quickly to coat the pasta evenly.

Add the cooked bacon and sausage to the skillet. Stir to combine.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly.

Serve the crispy bacon and sausage carbonara hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
