How To Make Creamy Sausage & Rocket Linguine

Ingredients
- 8 oz linguine
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb Italian sausage, casings removed
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups fresh rocket leaves
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving
Instructions

Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sausage and cook until browned, breaking it up into crumbles.

Add garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.

Add cooked linguine and rocket leaves to the skillet. Toss to coat everything evenly and cook for another 2 minutes until heated through.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve hot, sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese.
