How To Make Creamy Salmon & Sugar Snap Pasta

Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta
- 1 lb salmon fillets, skin removed
- 1 cup sugar snap peas, trimmed
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat and cook the salmon until cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sugar snap peas. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the peas are crisp-tender. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until the cheese has melted and the sauce has thickened slightly.

Add the cooked pasta, sugar snap peas, and flaked salmon into the skillet with the sauce. Gently toss to coat everything in the creamy sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Serve the creamy salmon and sugar snap pasta garnished with chopped parsley.
