How To Make Creamy Pesto Kale Pasta

Ingredients
- 8 ounces of pasta
- 2 cups of kale, chopped
- 1/2 cup of fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of pine nuts
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a food processor, combine the kale, basil, parmesan cheese, pine nuts, garlic, and olive oil. Process until smooth.

In a large skillet, heat the pesto sauce over medium heat. Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until heated through.

Serve the creamy pesto and kale pasta hot, garnished with additional grated parmesan cheese, if desired.
