How To Make Creamy ham leek mushroom spaghetti

Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 leek, thinly sliced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 8 oz cooked ham, diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add leeks and mushrooms, and sauté until softened.

Stir in cooked ham and cook for another 2 minutes.

Reduce heat to low and pour in the heavy cream. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce.

Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and season with salt and pepper.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
