How To Make Creamy Garlic Chicken Pasta

Ingredients
- 8 oz penne pasta
- 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.

Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Slice the cooked chicken into thin strips and add it back to the skillet along with the cooked penne pasta. Stir well to combine and coat everything with the creamy sauce.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.

Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
