How To Make Creamy Courgette & Bacon Pasta

Ingredients
- 8 ounces of bacon, chopped
- 2 large courgettes, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 ounces of pasta
Instructions

Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon and set aside, leaving the bacon fat in the skillet.

Add the sliced courgettes to the skillet and sauté until tender, about 5 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

In a separate pot, cook the pasta according to package instructions.

While the pasta is cooking, pour the heavy cream into the skillet with the courgettes and garlic. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet with the creamy sauce. Toss to coat the pasta evenly.

Serve the creamy courgette and bacon pasta topped with the crispy bacon.
