How To Make Crawfish Fettuccine

Ingredients
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 1 pound crawfish tails, peeled
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (10.75 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic and cook until translucent.

Add the crawfish tails to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, until heated through.

Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and heavy cream. Simmer for 5 minutes, until the sauce has thickened slightly.

Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.

Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and Cajun seasoning. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the Crawfish Fettuccine hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
