How To Make Broccoli, Walnut, and Blue Cheese Pasta

Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until tender.

Stir in the cooked pasta, walnuts, and blue cheese. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
