How To Make Blackened Chicken Alfredo
Enjoy an easy and tasty pasta dish in this blackened chicken Alfredo, made with cajun-seasoned grilled chicken and creamy pasta for a smoky, filling dish.

- 4chicken breasts,boneless skinless
- 1tbspcajun seasoning
- 12ozpenne
- 8ozcream cheese
- ¼cupmilk
- garlic salt,to taste
Instructions

Begin by seasoning each chicken breast with the Cajun seasoning. Season each side of the chicken breast and pat or rub it in.

Place chicken breast on the grill or in a greased skillet keeping it at medium-high heat and cook on both sides for 10 minutes or until well done.

Set aside while the pasta is cooking.

Prepare the pasta as instructed per the package.

While the pasta is draining, add in the cream cheese and milk to the stockpot keeping on low heat.

Stir until the cheese has melted.

Return pasta to the stockpot, mixing with the cheese.

Add in garlic salt to taste.
